What a difference a month makes! No one could foresee what was about to happen to our country and the effect it would have on us all. Unfortunately, we don’t have a crystal ball that will tell us the future, so we all have to do our very best as a team to make sure we all stay financially stable.
Lindy and I want to pledge to you, that we will continue to do the very best that we can in taking care of your needs. Now is an opportunity for us all to shine in taking care of your billing needs. They will need us now, more than ever!
We want to let you know that the quarantine guidelines have not hindered our business activities in any way. Healthpac is already structured to handle all our clients remotely, usually due to natural disasters such as floods and hurricanes. Most of the Healthpac staff have been working remotely for over 10 years. In compliance with the recently issued quarantine guidelines, our local staff are now also working remotely.
