Job Description
The successful candidate:
  • Works with a diverse team and serve as a contributing member to ensuring the successful completion of software installation and support.
  • Tests, documents, and debugs applications software.
  • Supports the clients and customers by updating, troubleshooting, debugging, documenting and resolving any customer service issues that arise.
  • The candidate will be required to have a general foundation in medical billing.
  • The successful candidate will be required to train clients on the implementation and use of our software to non-technical customers to ensure understanding of how to use the software for medical billing.
  • Position interacts with internal staff and vendors on fairly complex matters often requiring coordination, collaboration and decisive actions to assure company and client success with minimum risk.
  • Position will be required to keep team leads and management informed of client installations, issues and needs.
  • Demonstrate good knowledge of medical billing and the claims process.
  • Demonstrate good knowledge of revenue cycle management.
  • Articulate accurate billing terminology.
  • A successful candidate will have an understanding of HIPAA.
  • Candidate must be prepared to host webinars for training and demonstration purposes.
  • Candidate must be comfortable leading training sessions in person and online.

Programming Department

Job Description
The successful candidate:
  • Leads problem-solving efforts often involving outside vendors, clients, and other support personnel and/or organizations.
  • Provide immediate, direct customer support and troubleshooting help to end users through email, telephone, and personal communication.
  • Troubleshoot software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues.
  • Work closely with development and technical teams to deploy new production and testing environments and monitor environments to make hardware resource recommendations.
  • Works with a diverse team and serve as a contributing member to ensuring the successful completion of software development activities.
  • Develops, documents, tests and debugs applications software and systems that contain logical and mathematical solutions.
  • Determines computer user needs; analyzes system capabilities to resolve problems on program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques and controls; prepares operating instructions; designs and develops utility programs
  • Ensures software standards are met.
  • The successful candidate will be required to articulate technical requirements to non-technical customers to ensure understanding of capabilities being developed and released to both internal and external users.

  • The candidate will be required to have a general foundation in system-to-user/external system infrastructure requirements, object-oriented programming, database design, and user interface development in desktop, web, and mobile applications.
  • Ensures software standards are met.
  • The successful candidate will be required to articulate technical requirements to non-technical customers to ensure understanding of capabilities being developed and released to both internal and external users.
  • Position interacts with personnel on fairly complex technical matters often requiring coordination, collaboration and decisive actions to assure project success with minimum risk.

Information Technology Department

Job Description
The successful candidate:
  • Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualization.
  • Leads problem-solving efforts often involving outside vendors, clients, and other support personnel and/or organizations.
  • Provide immediate, direct customer support and troubleshooting help to end users through email, telephone, and personal communication.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues.
  • Manage, deploy, and configure hardware upgrades, software updates, security patches and other necessary items on an as-needed basis.
  • Administer on-call and after-hours technical support during monthly scheduled outages and unscheduled emergency situations
  • Work closely with development and programming teams to deploy new production and testing environments and monitor environments to make hardware resource recommendations.
  • Maintain and monitor networks and systems to ensure security
  • Must have experience with Microsoft Hyper-V Cluster management.
